Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the order date.
  • In situations beyond Tynimo’s control, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. In such cases, Tynimo will keep you notified and ensure that your order is delivered at the earliest.
  • Free Shipping – For orders equal to and above Rs. 500
  • Shipping charge – Rs. 49, for all orders below Rs. 500
  • Do not accept the product if the box/package is tampered with or in open condition.
  • Delivery Timeline: 10 -15 working days from the order date.

Note: Under un-for-seen circumstances, the delivery might be delayed. We will notify you incase there is a delay.

Returns/ Refund/ Replacement 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Tynimo offers an easy and hassle-free returns or replacements. You can return your product for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method or in the form of store credits.

Want to exchange/return the product?

  • All returns/exchange requests must be raised within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
  • To raise a return/exchange request, kindly login to your account and follow the steps under orders page. We would also request you to mail us a few sample images at wecare@tynimo.com of the package you received to approve your return request. 
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
  • Product will be collected within 3-5 workings days of return/exchange request date.
  • In case of pre-paid orders, full refund will be provided for orders lost in transit or undelivered.
  • Items mentioned as non-returnable are not eligible for returns/exchange.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 working days after the original product is received at our warehouse and has passed the quality check.
  • All refunds in case of returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after the product has reached our warehouse and passed the QC. 
  • Shipping charge (if applicable) and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. 
  • No returns, exchange or replacement will be done on freebies.
  • We request you to kindly pack the products neatly as it was delivered to avoid any in-transit damage while returning the product. 

Received a damaged product?

  • If you have received a damaged product then the same must be communicated to us within 2 days from the date of delivery through e-mail on wecare@tynimo.com with images of the order received and order details. 
  • Full refund or replacement will be done whichever is preferred.
  • In case of full refund, the amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business/working dates from the refund approval date.

Want to cancel your order?

  • Full refund will be provided for all pre-paid orders cancelled within 24hrs of order date. For all orders cancelled after 24hrs, delivery fee (if applicable) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of refund approval.
  • For COD orders, we request you to not cancel the order at the time of delivery. Multiple cases of order rejection will lead to non-serviceablity of future COD orders. 
  • Refunds for pre-paid orders will reflect in your account within 5-7 days of order cancellation request date. 

Cash On Delivery:

  • COD service is available only for selected pincodes. 
  • To avail COD, all products in the cart must be COD eligible.
  • In case of COD orders, COD charges of Rs. 50 will be applicable.

Note:

  • In all matters relating to orders/refunds/replacement/exchange/damage/delay in delivery, company's decision will be the final one.  
  • Due to un-for-seen circumstances, the company has the right to cancel any order by giving prior notification to the customer. 
  • The company has the right to cancel any return request if it does not fall under any of the above explained conditions.
