Refund policy

At TYNIMO LIFE STYLE, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or require a return or refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or requesting a refund for products purchased on our e-commerce website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Jewellery, personal care products, skin care products, perfumes, socks, hair accessories, glass articles, scarfs, caps, sunglasses. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged/Defective Products/Lost order

In the event that you receive a damaged/defective/different product, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence within 2 days of delivery date. If your order is lost in-transit, full refund will be provided.  
Note: If the packaging is opened/damaged at the time of delivery, kindly reject the order/refuse from accepting it.
We will assess the situation and provide a complete refund based on invoice amount (in case of online payment) or provide a replacement as per customers preference.

Returns Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period. You can reach us via email – wecare@tynimo.com or call: +91-9513995380.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting evidence such as photographs of the product with the tag/label if applicable.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address if necessary. Kindly ensure that the product is packed neatly to avoid any damages during in-transit. 
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product is received. Any COD/Online Payment processing fee, delivery fee applicable in the forward and return shipping will not be refunded. 
Note: While returning the products the customer has to bear the return delivery fee. 

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds will be rejected in case the item is used/damaged or the tags/labels are missing.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wecare@tynimo.com

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation

  • Full refund will be provided for all pre-paid orders cancelled within 24hrs of order date. For all orders cancelled after 24hrs, delivery fee (if applicable) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days from the date of refund approval.
  • For COD orders, we request you to not cancel the order at the time of delivery. Multiple cases of order rejection will lead to non-serviceability of future COD orders. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Changes to the Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
